Exchanges

We do not exchange for sizing

Please check the unisex size conversion before making a purchase. Unisex sizes run a size larger than your normal size so we suggest going down one dress size but you know your body best.

Exchanges on defective items

If you receive a defective item we will replace it with the same item in the same size. 

To be eligible for a defective item exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and sent back to Girl Goals within 14 days of purchase. 

Price Adjustments 

Price adjustments are not available on any purchase.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your defective item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
